Free Tall Brewed Cup of Coffee at Starbucks and Update on Windows 7 Beta
Starbucks is giving away a free cup of coffee on January 21, 2009 when you “pledge” to do 5 hours of community service. You can sign up for an e-mail reminder to visit your local Starbucks at this link. Here’s the fine print on the offer:
“Offer good for one cup of 12 fl oz. brewed coffee per person from January 21 – 25th in participating U.S. Starbucks stores. Not valid at airports or Barnes & Noble locations. (Click to close).”
Realistically, you won’t actually have to do the community service, just say you will and enjoy your free coffee!
And as for the Windows 7 Beta update- if you haven’t heard, Microsoft extended the download period and removed the initial download cap. You’ll able to download freely until January 24th. Here’s the link!
